What do I do if I do not see active calls in VSC?

Turn on active calls in VSM

  • The operation will be done on the server
  • On the server open VSM
  • If needed, provide the VSM password, if you do not remember it go here
  • On the menu on the left pick "Settings"
  • Go to VoipSwitch
  • From the settings page pick the option "Save active calls to the database"
  • After restarting voipswitch.exe and running it again active calls will be visible in the VSC and VSR modules.
