Turn on active calls in VSM
- The operation will be done on the server
- On the server open VSM
- If needed, provide the VSM password, if you do not remember it go here
- On the menu on the left pick "Settings"
- Go to VoipSwitch
- From the settings page pick the option "Save active calls to the database"
- After restarting voipswitch.exe and running it again active calls will be visible in the VSC and VSR modules.
*The above instruction does not apply to the new VSC3 module.
