The call log is showing "Cannot find voice rate..." and my voice rates are ok!

Keep in mind, that when user is calling, one to five tariffs are checked. Missing prefix for any of those may cause this notice. Besides client's rate VoipSwitch is checking:

  • Destination rate (when Tariff is set for destination)
  • Reseller I rate (when user has a reseller), also reseller II and III rates if they exist in this particular tree.

Make sure voice rate exists in all those tariffs.
