How to find the application which is blocking VoipSwitch ports?

The simplest way is to use the "netstat" system tool. You should run this tool from system command line with parameters "netstat -a -b -n". On shown list you should find application is blocking VoipSwitch port.One of most probable applications is Microsoft Message Queuing that runs on UDP 1801 port (used by VoipSwitchCallback listener).
