How to modify scenario to play available time?

It is possible to change the existing scenarios to play the time when it's needed.

The parameter "time" can be used on STATE with name "MakingCallState".
The available options are :
time="false" - do not play the time before connection
time="true" - plays time before connection

The parameter time_format allows to change the format of played message:
time_format="h" - voipbox says the available time rounded to hours
time_format="m" - voipbox says the available time rounded to minutes
time_format="s" - voipbox says the available time in seconds
time_format="ms" - voipbox says the available time using minutes and seconds
time_format="hms" - voipbox says the available time in hours minutes seconds format

<STATE id="3" name="MakingCallState" time="true" time_format="ms">
        <TRANSITION type="TransitionOnEvent">
            <next_state_id event="EndCallEvent">FINAL_STATE_ID</next_state_id>

The parameter wave_name="languages\common_waves\ring" can be used in STATE statement for playing the specified wave file.
The played wave file can be repeated when the repeat parameter is set to "true" like on example below:

When the voice_rate is 0.00 it is possible to play specified wave file using the free_calls_wave parameter. The file free_call.wav must be recorded and converted to the needed codecs format. Then it must be uploaded into right directory.

<STATE id="3" name="MakingCallState" free_calls_wave="Waves\free_call" wave_name="languages\common_waves\ring" repeat="true">
        <TRANSITION type="TransitionOnEvent">
            <next_state_id event="EndCallEvent">FINAL_STATE_ID</next_state_id>
