Fixing problems with audio player on VSPortal/PBX

When you have any problem with audio player on Greetings/Voicemail feature, please openappsettings.config file of VSPortal/PBX

Default directories:

C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\VSPortal\appsettings.config
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\PBX\appsettings.config

Add these keys, if there are miss any:

<add key="VoipBox_PoolTime" value="15"/>
<add key="voipbox_storage" value="C:\Program Files (x86)\VoipBox 1.0\"/>
<add key="VoipBox_ListenerIP" value="x.x.x.x"/>
<add key="VoipBox_ListenerPort" value="1803"/>

Where :
x.x.x.x - IP adress of your Voipbox
voipbox_storage - path should point Voipbox on your server
