Along with VoipSwitch package, SIP based PC2phone dialer (desktop
and webphone versions) - is also provided. After having the dialer
installed or after being logged to the appropriate website user can
carry out calls. Connections are transferred to VoipSwitch and from
there to the Voip gateways and/or gatekeepers. Thanks to utilizing
g723, high compression codec, high quality of connection is possible
even through the low speed Internet connection.
Dialers can receive calls from the other users (pc2phone, IPphone),
also they can be assigned a regular phone number (DID), transmitted
from the VOIP gate or DID provide. Receiving incoming calls is also
possible for the users behind NAT .

User has an option of logging to the website with detailed
information on billing. There is information on the current account
status, detailed history of connections and possibility of exporting
data to the file.
WEBPHONE
In order to use Webphone
application login and password need to be entered on the web site.
If the login process in performed for the first time on the
particular PC it may take up to a several seconds, depending on the
connection speed, to install Webphone dialer. After the first time
dialer will appear immediately. Information on the account status
and the calls conducted can be accessed from the Webphone site
level. It is executed by choosing the “calls history” button.
Webphone also provides “directory” (telephone book) option that is
saved on the server, giving users the access to the data stored,
from any given computer they are logged on.
